Tasting Notes :

Appearance : Gold colour

Nose : very smooth, notes of baked apples and peaches, hence a pleasant note of "tarte tatin".

Palate : sweet, notes of apple and pear, crumble and salted butter caramel.

Finish: the green apple stays in the mouth for a long time, which confirms the fruity character of this whisky.
