Don Papa rum is an exceptional rum from the Philippines. This country is one of the first producers of sugar cane, the basic ingredient of rum. The distillery is located on the island of Negros, the historic sugar capital of the Philippines, which produces some of the best sugar cane in the world and it is this cane that is distilled to produce Don Papa rum. The rum is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 7 years at the foot of Mount Kanlaon, a region that enjoys an exceptional climate for aging.

Appearance: deep gold with a hint of copper
Nose: very fruity, with vanilla notes and yellow fruits
Palate : Very greedy with a beautiful harmony between the sweetness of candied fruits, the bitterness of citrus fruits, the velvetiness of vanilla and sweet spices
