Welcome to the Signature Series, a brand new four-part series beginning with Edition 1, Remnant Renegade. 

It is a marriage of a selection of remnant casks -  Ex-Sherry Hogsheads, Ex-Sherry Butts and Ex-Bourbon Barrels from across the Arran portfolio between as early as only a couple of years after we started distilling to as recently as 2017.

The series begins with Edition 1 at 46% Vol, and as always non-chill filtered and with no added colouring.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Toffee apples, vanilla, cinnamon spice, really clean and prominent orange blossom notes, star anise.

Palate: Silky smooth and balanced, light liquorice, menthol herbs, honey.

Finish: Nutmeg and honeyed nuts.
