Appearance : Golden amber  

Nose: Notes of honey, ripe tropical fruits (mango, pineapple), vanilla, and hints of botrytized grapes from the Sauternes.  

Palate: Smooth and round, with flavors of candied fruits, oak, sweet spice (like cinnamon), and soft caramel. The Sauternes cask adds a subtle sweetness and floral lift.

Finish: Medium-long, elegant, with a sweet, slightly fruity and vinous aftertaste
