Perhaps because in the past, the Estate housed a grain mill… Château du Breuil has decided to give birth to Château du Breuil Single Malts, a range of whiskeys resulting from exceptional expertise in blending and true mastery of distillation.The spirit is distilled from Golden Promise barley, and has been finished in Oloroso Sherry casks.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance : Coppery amber

Nose : Walnuts, plums, hazelnuts and liquorice accompany the sweetness of the malty flavors and the lightness of a woody vanilla

Palate : On the attack, flavors of sourdough, cocoa and fresh figs appear. The profile then becomes more complex with notes of kirsch cherries, red fruits and candied oranges. Sweetness and gluttony merge within a beautiful roundness.

Finish: Fresh and fruity with vibrant, biscuity malt, delicate oak, and sweet, lingering spice.
