La Maison du Rhum Peru was distilled in 2014 and then matured in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels before being refined in ex-Sherry casks for a year.

For this new batch, La Maison du Rhum has selected this aged rum from Millonario.

Tasting Notes : 

Appearance: Dark amber

Nose: Green and fresh notes with accents of cocoa and a hint of liquorice.

Palate: the attack is smooth, characterized by flavors of mocha and vanilla, enhanced by sweet herbs and a woody touch.

Finish: Long-lasting with a gentle woody note.
