New Grove Old tradition is made with premium single estate Mauritian rum, aged for a minimum of 10 years in new French casks and cognac cask.

This long-established establishment began making quality traditional rum in the 2000s, following the abolition of a law that prevented the production of aromatic rums.

Tasting Notes : 

Nose: The aroma is rich in caramel, with round, woody, plum, and cherry notes.

Palate: On the palate, you can taste hints of mango, spice, and plum.

Finish: fresh and rounded finish
