Angostura 1919 is made from a blend of light and heavy, molasses-based rums aged for a minimum of 8 years in charred American oak bourbon barrels.
Tasting Notes :
Appearance: natural amber
Nose: Rich and spiced. Cola, toasty oak. Vanilla spice and caramel. Plenty of ginger and molasses.
Palate: Juicy, sweet. Allspice, caramel, creamy vanilla. Molasses.
Finish: vanilla cream, rounded and spiced.
