Produced in the Pays d'Auge from bitter, bitter-sweet, sweet and sharp cider apples by double distillation in copper stills, the Hors d'Age is aged for eighteen years in a collection of former Calvados casks.
Tasting Notes :
These add their refined, silky tannins along with floral and spicy notes. On the palate it is powerful, intense and supremely elegant.
