A excellent dark golden rum with wonderfully fruity and sweet characteristics that is made almost entirely from sugar cane honey. This fine rum is blended from 80% pot still rum and 20% light rums aged for up to 12 years.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance : amber

Nose: Full of character, complex bouquet of fruit cake, rum raisin ice cream, cocoa, cinnamon and cloves.

Palate: Rich notes of chocolate sauce, caramel and ripe tropical fruits.

Finish: Dark chocolate and orange.
