NOSE: Butterscotch, grilled honeycomb and toasted baking spices, with orange peel, dried berries and mocha.

PALATE: Ginger spice, toasted brown sugar and butterscotch, followed by cinnamon, truffle and vanilla custard, with heather honey and caramel.
