Here is batch n°4 from the Rivière du Mât distillery. Distilled in 2011, this traditional rum has been aged in French oak and cognac barrels, before being bottled in 2021.

Tasting Notes : 

Nose: vanilla, cinnamon, woody, vegetal, and licorice notes.

Palate: harmonious blend of spicy, sweet, vegetal, sugarcane, and orange flavors.
