A blend of 3 - 4 year old rums,matured in bourbon barrels sourced from Kentucky and Missouri.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance : deep amber

Nose: aromas of vanilla complemented by honey along with some elegant oak, notes of fruit cake and brown sugar.

Palate: light bodied but big on flavour with vanilla and sweet tropical fruits such as mango and banana; dried fruit influence along with fruit cake and cinnamon spice with a hint of oak in the backgorund

Finish: good length and complexity, well rounded with , a fresh green herbal note on the finish
