Tasting Notes :
Appearance: brown/mahogany color with dark orange highlights
Nose: Characteristic of gin with power and freshness of juniper berries followed by woody, spicy roasted notes and roasted coffee beans.
Palate: uniper berry attack, strong, fresh, spicy and woody. Powerful evolution towards full-bodied coffee.
Finish: greedy and sweet with notes of cocoa, to finish on an aromatic persistence and a slight bitterness.
