This is a small batch bottling drawn from a mix of 90% bourbon casks and 10% sherry casks. It has been bottled at 59.2%
Tasting Notes:
Nose:Aromas of freshly baked shortbread, cream soda, banana bread and shredded coconut with a good dose of peat smoke.
Palate: The creamy, vanilla notes carry through to the palate in notes of buttered biscuits and custard creams.
Finish: The peat is strongly present in the finish, paired with hints of ripe gooseberries.
