This year’s 2nd release of Springbank 12 cask strength was matured in a mixture of bourbon casks (60%), Sherry (35%) and Rum (5%)

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Icing sugar, lemon drops, clotted cream and jam notes provide a sweet and welcoming introduction to the latest Springbank 12 years old, with notes of dried fruits anddemerara sugar developing over time.

Palate: Rich and syrupy on the palate, there are notes of tinned peaches, fruit syrup, honeycomb and milk chocolate.

Finish: Subtle peat smoke emerges in the nish, along with notes of heather honey and orange rind.
