Tasting Notes:
A distinguished Scarabus profile; sweet Islay peat smoke with added complexity.
Nose: Softly smoky, with hints of new leather and toasted brioche developing along the way.
Palate: Golden syrup, vanilla, and a slow rumble of peaty smoke and crushed peppercorns.
Finish: Sweet peat and some floral freshness.
