A rum punch produced with victoria pineapple and vanilla.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance : bright yellow

Nose: Notes of exotic fruits, candied, macerated. The pineapple Victoria develops scents pastry with delicate hints of honey and vanilla. A subtle woody toasted note balances with this pure rum cane juice.

Palate: Frank and suave attack. The aromatic pineapple leads this mouth medium to an almost culinary adventure.

Finish: A generous final on delicious spicy notes and flavors of salty caramel butter.

Amber coloured premium rum, matured at least 18 years in oak barrels, best dried fruit, fine wood note, very nicely done, round and soft.

Palate: A cornucopia of flavors bursintg with macerated fruits. Perfectly balanced.

Finish: Very Long, round and extremely smooth.

Clément VSOP is a rhum agricole, matured for a year in virgin French oak barrels, before a three maturation in re-charred bourbon barrels.

Appearance : amber mahogany

Nose: Fruity, green. Orchard fruits, herbal. Oak, vanilla, sweetness.

Palate: Light in body, but nonetheless spiced and warming. Crisp fruits, plenty of oak, orchard fruits

Finish : Long finish . Ends on apple peels, spice and toffee.
