The rum is derived from sugar cane molasses. Carefully selected, it goes through the watchful process of fermentation, distillation and ageing, bringing together old and modern techniques, and uniting art, science and tradition.
Tasting Notes :
Appearance : warm amber
Nose: Easy and never aggressive nose. Candied oranges, bergamot tea, vanilla and a hint of cola nut are its main aromas.
Palate: mainly it tastes of chestnut and acacia honey, candied oranges and citrons and sultana raisins.
Finish: nuts, chocolate, desiccated plums and apricots
