Vermouth del Professore rosso is een Italiaanse vermouth, gemaakt van 100% Italiaanse wijnen. Dankzij de toevoeging van 13 verschillende kruiden uit de Alpen gebieden, krijgt de drank een prachtige complexiteit. Vermouth Del Professore wordt geproduceerd in New Castle Don Bosco in de beroemde distilleerderij Quaglia. Alles gebeurt handmatig in kleine oplages. Vermouth Del Professore Rosso vermouth rijpt zes maanden in kleine eikenhouten vaten. Hierdoor krijgt de versterkte wijn fijne aroma's van het hout zoals vanille aroma's. Vol en zacht van smaak deze vermouth. Duidelijk de vat rijping te proeven. Aangename bitterheid aanwezig. Perfect voor diverse cocktails.

The Peat Monster 46%
You will find a spectrum of seaside and medicinal peatiness, along with kipper-like smokiness, all surrounding a core of fruity malt whisky character.The Peat Monster is a whisky for those who love intensity, flavour and freshness, balance and drinkability. A whisky for those who appreciate the blending of seemingly dissonant elements to create something sublime.

The Spice Tree 46%

Matured using a custom-made cask with French oak for the heads and American oak for the bodies. SPICE TREE is a rich, intense malt whisky redolent of baking spices and layered with toasty oak accents that complement the underlying distillery character.

The Story of the Spaniard 43%

In this, our first release, 48% of the whiskies have been aged in ex-Sherry casks and 25% in ex-Spanish red wine casks. You will find a whisky that is full, soft and sumptuous on the palate with flavours of citrus peel and pears poached in red wine and spices. It’s a whisky ideal for late evening sipping or stirring into a cocktail.

Rum Sixty Six Family Reserve was originally just that, a rum reserved for the family! Luckily for us the Seale family, five generations of whom have produced rum at the Foursquare distillery, chose to share this marvellous drop with the rest of us!

A blend of pot and column still rums 'tropically aged' for a minimum of 12 years in American oak barrels. The reference to 'tropical' ageing is included to highlight the fact that due to the warm Bajan climate, the maturation process is taking place faster than it would here in Europe.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance: Amber

Nose: Dried fruits, dark molasses and nutmeg.

Palate: Smooth, rounded and rich with pleasing oakiness and whole vanilla pods.

Finish: Long with more fragrant vanilla and drying oak.
