Produced from sugarcane from the Herrera Province of Panama, Sérum rums are aged in American oak before blending and bottling.

Sérum Mamie is a blend of dark Panamanian rums, cocoa, vanilla and toffee. The sweet rum was inspired by Mamie Kelley’s Ritz, a cabaret bar that opened in Panama City in 1925.

We are thrilled that customers love this special packaging so much that the first batch was sold out almost immediately.”

Tasting Notes: 

Nose: Sérum Mamie reveals pronounced aromas of chocolate, accompanied by notes of vanilla and honey.

Palate this rum reveals a round and creamy texture, offering great suppleness and an explosion of greediness. 

Finish: The flavours of toffee, cocoa and cinnamon combine to create an irresistible taste experience.
