Don Papa Alon 40% is a limited-edition Filipino rum crafted on Negros Island (Philippines), also known as "Sugarlandia”, aged in a mix of ex-Bourbon and ex-Rioja wine casks, which adds depth and complexity.

“Alon” means “wave” in Filipino, a nod to the oceanic influence and island lifestyle.

Don Papa rums are known for their round, accessible profile with a touch of sweetness. Alon adds a refined twist thanks to the wine cask influence.

Tasting Notes : 

Appearance: deep amber to rich copper color

Nose: Fruity and floral with hints of berries, vanilla, and oak.  

Palate: Smooth and rich with red fruits, honey, a touch of spice, and a gentle oakiness.  

Finish: Long, mellow, slightly sweet with a red wine touch
