Zipang Premium Umeshu (10%) is a Japanese plum liqueur that combines traditional umeshu (plum wine) with a modern twist.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance: Clear to light amber with a golden sheen.

Nose: Intense aroma of ripe ume plums, hints of marzipan, apricot, and light floral notes (cherry blossom, perhaps).

Palate: Smooth, sweet entry. Rich stone fruit flavours (plum, apricot). Subtle acidity balances the sweetness. Light almond or kernel bitterness in the background adds depth.

Finish: Soft, lingering, fruity with a velvety texture and a refreshing finish.
