Kilchoman 100% Islay 15th Edition (50% ABV) is a limited release from Kilchoman, one of the few fully independent distilleries on Islay, Scotland. It’s part of their unique "100% Islay" series, where every stage of production—from growing the barley to bottling the whisky—is done on-site at the farm distillery.

Elegant and farm-fresh Islay single malt. Peat is present but more restrained than in typical Kilchoman expressions. A true expression of terroir—Islay in a glass.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Pale gold  

Nose: Fresh malt, creamy vanilla, citrus, gentle peat smoke, and floral notes  

⁠Palate: Soft orchard fruit, honey, toasted oak, light spices, and balanced smoke  

⁠Finish: Long, clean, with sweet malt, subtle smoke, and salty sea breeze.
