This gin is produced at the Asahikawa Distillery in Hokkaido, Japan. 

⁠It’s a limited edition expression of ETSU Gin.

Unique feature: the use of deep‑sea water (from the Pacific/Sea of Japan) and mountain spring water in the distillation process.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance : Clear and transparent

Nose : Fresh, with iodized / salty notes, reflecting the sea‑water ingredient; citrus peel (yuzu) also featured.

Palate : The sea‑water effect is said to give an “iodine” impression balanced with the citrus and botanical profile.

Finish: rounded, supple and silky, with a continuing saline / marine whisper
