Rhum Zenn is an unaged rum, which has been very quickly put into contact with ex-Bourbon American oak barrels in order to tint the rum with amber reflections, and create a spicier, sweeter aromatic profile.

Nose: Fruity, notes of sugar, pepper, cinnamon.

Palate: Rich, notes of honey, vanilla, fruit, cinnamon..

The 12 year rum is selected from rums aged in ex-bourbon and white oak barrels, which benefit from the effects of the tropical heat.

Nose: Sweet vanilla and wood notes as well as flavours of toffee, leather and fresh coconut.

Palate: Full-bodied and complex, vanilla and chocolate flavours, buttery and mellow.

Finish: Long lasting with notes of wood, toffee, leather and vanilla.

Proefnotitie:

Uiterlijk: levendig strogeel

Neus: Elegant en delicaat met hints van rijp geel fruit, bloemen van brem en vanille. 

Smaak: Aangenaam met een goede structuur, zoutigheid en frisheid, met uiteindelijke tonen van wit vruchtvlees en bittere amandelen.

Het Huis: Het familiale domein Jasci (12 hec), met momenteel de derde generatie aan het roer, situeert zich in de Abruzzo streek. De wijngaard ligt tussen het Apennijnen gebergte (op zo’n 200 m hoogte) en de Adriatische zee. 

Biologische productie sinds 1980! Trebbiano is de hoofddruif in wit en de Montepulciano druif domineert in rood met 70% van de totale aanplant.
