Centenario 12 is a blend of different rums aged at least 12 years, aged in oak barrels in the tropical latitude of Costa Rica.

Tasting Notes : 

Appearance: amber

Nose: aromas of caramel, coffee and notes of orange that awaken the whole. Very light medicinal touches punctuate the whole.

Palate: sweet but far from syrupy. Caramel and vanilla dominate, with orange also making its presence felt. The chocolate completes its profile.

Finish: on caramel, chocolate, which becomes cocoa, and orange again and again. A light woody note also makes its appearance.
