The progressive, meticulous reduction of the cognac’s ABV to 42% allows for the perfect balance between power and natural sweetness, emblematic of the Pale & Dry XO.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance : The hue is pale and subtle. A soft amber color, with delightful yellow tones.

Nose : Particularly delicate, notes of vanilla and apricot, enveloped by fresh notes of passion fruit, orange zest and almond.

Palate : Vanilla which blends into apricot aromas, highlighted by nuances of spices and ginger.

Finish: Intense and persistent, a perfectly balanced final touch of this rare cognac.
