The Spanish Gin Sea was created by the renowned sommelier Manuel Barrientos. The Gin Sea owes its pronounced character to the five-time distilled spirit, which is purchased in England. Then it is flavored and further matured in the small distillery 'Hacha' in Amurio, Spain.

Tasting Notes :

Nose: Earthy juniper, lavender and lemongrass. Delicate cinnamon and candied ginger.

Palate: Slightly sweet, with candied fruit, chamomile, mint and cinnamon.

Finish: Cinnamon, pine and light black pepper spice
