History

The Mister Fogg Navy series pays homage to the Royal Navy's maritime traditions while taking a contemporary approach to rum. This spirit is part of the world of ageing inspired by historic ocean routes, dear to lovers of navy rum and great adventures.

Elaboration

A blend of rums first aged in bourbon barrels in their countries of origin, then transported in barrels to the southwest of France for dynamic aging. When they arrive near Cognac, they benefit from a second maturation in oak and a long oxygenation in open barrels, in humid cellars located near the river L'Antenne—an environment reminiscent of the London docks. The 55.7% vol. degree gives structure and mixology hold while preserving the finesse of the blend.

OPENING ON DRIED FRUIT, ORANGE PEEL, CHOCOLATE AND VANILLA NOTES ENDING ON PLUM AND CARAMEL.

Palate:
RICH ON SMOKED MOLASSES AND CARAMEL. RIPE FRUIT FINISH WITH A SMOOTH, WARM, LINGERING SWEETNESS

Planteray Sealander is a masterful example of blending, expertly combining aged and unaged rums from three exceptional islands. Alexandre Gabriel, with his unrivaled expertise, has added a touch of cane sugar syrup for perfect sweetness, before reducing the mix to an alcohol content of 40% with osmosis water. Each drop is then carefully filtered and bottled, preserving the magic of this exceptional rum.

Meikle Tòir Peated "The Turbo" 5 Years (2025, 50%) is a bold, heavily peated single malt Scotch whisky produced by The GlenAllachie Distillery in Speyside. "Meikle Tòir" (Scottish Gaelic for “Big Pursuit”) is GlenAllachie’s dedicated line of peated whiskies, crafted under Master Blender Billy Walker.
