Produced in the Pays d'Auge from bitter, bitter-sweet, sweet and sharp cider apples by double distillation in copper stills, Réserve des Fiefs is a blend of several Calvados mostly aged in small used oak casks.

Tasting Notes :

Nose: warm mix of cinnamon-baked apples, gingerbread, vanilla and cinnamon aromas.

Palate: offers notes of sweet cider, Tarte Tatin, wild apples, baking spices, oak and raisins.warm mix of cinnamon-baked apples, gingerbread, vanilla and cinnamon aromas.

A well-balanced, gentle single malt from Speyside. Cardhu 12 is a very well put together malt.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance : Golden honey.

Nose : At full strength, heady, nose prickle, pear drops and tightly integrated heather, resin and sweet honey-nut notes. Enticing. Intriguing. With a little water, still harmonious but less pronounced, allowing some malt-cereal, soft, spicy wood, moorland and faint traces of wood-smoke to appear.

Palate : Palate Well balanced, smooth mouthfeel; short punch, sweet and fresh, then a pronounced drying effect. Enjoyable at any time, with little or no water.

Finish: Quite short. Some lingering sweet smoke in the attractive, drying aftertaste.

Etsu Yuzu gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional herbs such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica, cilantro and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without plants, which allows the oils to infuse. It is only after the distillation process that fresh water from the mountain spring is added, which gives this gin its fresh taste.

Etsu Yuzu is produced in Limited Edition.

Tasting Notes :

Nose : Fresh yuzu and lemon.

Palate : resh on yuzu and lemon.

Finish: rounded, fresh and supple.
