Appearance : amber

Nose: Sweet scents of raw sugar, molasses, caramelised peach and light cinnamon.

Palate: an elegant, silky, middle-weight rum with flavours of pineapple pudding, dilute golden syrup, liquorice bullets and sweet spice.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance: golden brown

Nose: discreet, very smooth, rather floral with a fruity touch.

Palate: Light and elegant, with vanilla notes in the background. It then develop mainly on spices (pepper, ginger, cloves) that give it plenty of character.

Finish: Long persistence of the finale, where vanilla is back in force.

Nose: A first complex nose dominated by scenes of blood orange, honey and tobacco. After aeration notions of gingerbread, lime and Ginger appear which leave a powerful elegance. 

Palate: it is particularly soft and delicately sweet. The primary flavors of sugar cane happily married flavors of orange blossom and black pepper.

Finish: Long and delicious tropical accents.
