A well-aged Antiguan rum, blended from rums aged between 10 and 25 years. This was matured in bourbon barrels.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance : golden

Nose: Complex. Caramel, coconut grilled, tobacco, dried fruit.

Palate: Fine aromas of coconut, cinnamon and tropical floral notes with hints of coffee and baked apples. Full-bodied.

Finish: Long and interlaced with cardamom and rosemary.

Rich Plantation Original Dark infused with Victorian Pineapple.

For the production, at first the peel of the pineapple (type Queen Victoria) is marinated in PLANTATION 3 stars White rum for one week. The distillation of the macerate is then carried out in our inhouse pot still. The flesh of the pineapple stores in Plantation Original Dark Rum for 3 months. A Cuvée of these two rums is put in wooden barrels for 3 months now.

Appearance : amber

Nose: sweet spice and tropical fruit: banana, fresh citrus and freshly crushed pineapple/

Palate : The banana returns, with warming brown sugar leading to rich tones of pineapple.

Finish : Spice and fruit, with pineapple fading to leave smoky hints.

This old rum V.S.O.P has patiently aged in the wine storehouse during at least 4 years before it has been bottled in Martinique. Its freshness and its nice balance make it an idealistic rum for pre-dinner liquor, dry, on the rocks or in a cocktail.

Nose: Wood flavours, fruity, with notes of spices and roasted coffee.

Palate: Tasty flavours of vanilla and cinnamon as well as notes of candied fruits.

Finish : Very beautiful length. Quite interesting and complex.
