Clément VSOP is a rhum agricole, matured for a year in virgin French oak barrels, before a three maturation in re-charred bourbon barrels.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance : amber mahogany

Nose: Fruity, green. Orchard fruits, herbal. Oak, vanilla, sweetness.

Palate: Light in body, but nonetheless spiced and warming. Crisp fruits, plenty of oak, orchard fruits

Finish : Long finish . Ends on apple peels, spice and toffee.

Brown rhum agricole distilled from fermented fresh sugar cane juice. Aged up to 10 years in new French oak barrels and used bourbon and whisky barrels.

Appearance : light amber

Nose: white pepper, citrus, and saddle leather; old oak

Palate: The palate entry is rich, nutty and oaky; the midpalate bursts with woody, sherried, honeyed, vanilla extract flavors.

Finish: Finishes opulent, honeyed, and elegant.

A very high-quality triple-distilled, solera-aged rum, filtered and refined to create a spirit of exceptionally clean taste, delicate balance and subtle flavour.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance : white

Nose: An alluring bouquet that is subtly perfumed with floral aromas.

Palate: Essentially dry, with a slight trace of sweetness  and a delicate fruity, but subtle, array of flavours.

Finish: Medium length with delicately sweet molasses-based notes.
