Appearance : gold

Nose: greedy and bright.

Palate: the attack is on the apple, the ginger appears at the end of the mouth

Finish: dominated by ginger, which brings a slightly spicy side

A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest being no less than 12 years old, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak casks.

Palate: Round, mellow, full bodied palate with rich flavours of fruit and spice.

Finish: The finish is delightful, elegant and dry.
