Fresh green apples, toffee and a hint of nuttiness. This is the taste of distilling slower than anyone else in Scotland, of barley we dry by air – never peat – and of hand-selected sherry casks crafted from European and American oak. 

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Golden yellow. Clear and bright.

Nose: Sweet, with toffee and popcorn aromas. Slightly nutty, with fresh green apples coming through.

Palate:  Clean. Green apples and grass, soft oak and a hint of sweet liquorice. Water brings linseed oil and almonds.

Finish: Sweet and malty.

A fabulous Tamdhu, matured exclusively in a combination of first-fill and refill Oloroso sherry casks for 12 years. 

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Rich and enticing; iced cinnamon rolls, orange boiled sweets, fresh sweet oak with raisins and a faint hint of mint. 

Palate: Silky texture that coats the mouth with banana, berry jam, malt biscuit and classic sherry oak depth. 

Finish: Pleasantly long and balanced with ground spice, dried fruit and soft Scottish tablet, finally unveiling the merest whisper of peat smoke.

A delicious, richly sherried Glenfarclas aged for 17 years and launched for the travel retail market. Loads of character and depth.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: rich amber

Nose:  complex, with distinctive butterscotch and sherried fruit.

Palate: big, full-flavoured, with excellent balance, develops slowly, full of sherry sweet malty tones.

Finish: Long lasting and sloth, with a hint of spice and sherry sweetness.
