Made mostly from a blend of rums from Central America, (60% of rums from Guatemala) with a touch of Guyanese rums as well as some from Trinidad and Barbados, this blend brings out the characteristics of Latin American rums, with round and weedy notes.

Nose: fresh and elegant, with almond and marzipan.

Palate: smooth and subtle, some liquorice, pineapple and candied tropical fruits.

Finish: smooth and round with honey and roasted coffee beans.

Made from a blend of rums from British Guyana, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago, this “Caribbean” blend is full of aromas.
Aged in bourbon casks for 3 to 5 years in the Caribbean, the rums are then imported into Europe and carefully tasted, to be part of the final product.

Roundhouse Gin is a New Western style gin made using a secret recipe of eleven different herbs and botanicals. After its initial distillation, the gin is distilled a second time through an antique, Spanish copper-pot still. During this second distillation, the gin is infused with organic juniper, coriander, citrus peel, star anise, angelica, and orris root. Following distillation, they steep the gin in a proprietary blend of sencha green tea, lavender, hibiscus and chamomile blossoms. This unique step in the production process adds a floral aroma to the gin, and compliments its notes of juniper with hints of green tea, citrus and chamomile that lead to a smooth and sweet finish.
