Koval Single Barrel Bourbon Chicago 47%

Koval Distillery, established in 2008, is located in the North End of Chicago. They are a 100% grain-to-bottle operation that sources their grains from an organic co-op in the Midwest. Their bourbon mash-bill consists of two grains: corn and millet. This is aged less than four years in 30-gallon, new charred barrels. All Koval's whiskeys are bottled as single-barrel so slight variations will occur.

Eagle Rare Single Barrel 10 years old Bourbon Kentucky 46%

Eagle Rare Straight Bourbon is one of the flagship products of the Buffalo Trace collection. It is made from 10 year old bourbon aged at the Kentucky distillery. The barrels are hand selected for quality and consistency before bottling.

Hudson Baby Bourbon New York 46%

The first whiskey to be produced by Tuthilltown Spirits (as such, their 'baby'), this 'bourbon' is made from 100% corn... yep, 100%. General wisdom would call this a corn whiskey, but that's another discussion for another day. Aged for only 3 months in 3 gallon barrels, this whiskey lives up to it's name as a baby.

Buffalo Trace Bourbon Kentucky 45%

In 1999. Master Distiller, Elmer T. Lee, came out of retirement for the creation of the Buffalo Trace Bourbon which was released later that same year. The whiskey is comprised of a low-rye mashbill providing for a softer, sweeter expression and is bottled at 90 proof.

Basil Hayden Bourbon Kentucky 40%

One of the four bourbons in the Jim Beam, Small Batch Collection and bottled at a much lighter 80 proof, Basil Hayden is an easy drinking, well balanced whiskey.Beam Global recreated Basil Hayden, Sr's original mash bill when producing this bourbon as Hayden is credited with increasing the percentage of rye in the mash

Elmer T Lee Bourbon Kentucky 45%

This single-barrel expression is named in honor of Elmer T. Lee, former Master Distiller of Buffalo Trace Distillery and was their Ambassador for years after his retirement in 1985. Just before his retirement, he introduced the world to single-barrel bourbon with the release of Blanton's Single barrel named in honor of the gentleman who hired him back in 1949

Martinique: JM Rhum VSOP 43%

The glorious J.M V.S.O.P. is created by aging rhum 3 years in re-charred Bourbon barrels and finishing the rhum an additional year in lightly toasted new American oak barrels and finally reduced to 43 % ABV with pure volcanic spring water from Habitation Bellevue Expect to find nougaty richness with cinnamon and clove aromas, flavors of spiced butter and lemony toffee, which leads into a smooth and subtle finish.

Compagnie des Indes Latino 40%

Made mostly from a blend of rums from Central America, (60% of rums from Guatemala) with a touch of Guyanese rums as well as some from Trinidad and Barbados, this blend brings out the characteristics of Latin American rums, with round and weedy notes.

Panama: Rum Malecon Reserva Superior 15y 40%

Malecon Reserva Superior 15 Anos Rum from Panama is a Premium Rum with an amber color that is at least 15 years aged in oak barrels. The palate is mouth filling with eg fine fruit and a hint of oak. The palate is round and soft, delicious stimulator!

Peru: Ron Cartavio 12y 40%

A Solera-aged Peruvian rum from Ron Cartavio. This expression was matured for an average of 12 years before being bottled. If you've yet to experience rum from Peru, this warming, coffee-rich delight ought to be a great introduction.

Peru: Ron Millonario 15y 40%

This rum is distilled in a 1930's Scottish-style column still before being aged using the solera system of blending various aged rums. The age of the rums range from 8-15 years. Spicy and sweet. All the alluring qualities of an unlit cigar, with spice, black pepper, calves leather, sweet cedar and potpourri, as well as thick manuka honey.

Panama: Ron Malteco 15y 40%

A long aged dark golden rum from Guatemala, Malteco is extremely rich and sweet on the nose, with raisins, vanilla and some prominent coconut among the flavours on the palate.
