Appearance: amber

Nose: offers a take-off with aromas of tropical fruits combine with hints of fresh sugar cane, embellished with spicy notes.

Palate: the attack on the palate is softer, with a remarkable aromatic sweep. Very harmonious rum with touches of coco, banana, tones of vanilla

Finish: final hint of wood, delicately spiced.

This is a five year old rum from Guadeloupe. The rum is matured in ex-bourbon casks.

Appearance : pale amber

Nose: elegant power nose, well marked by vanilla, caramel and a woody light.

Palate: A beautiful hardy attack with roundness. Powerful aromas of vanilla and woody, identified by a hint of spices (cinnamon, black pepper) and notes of exotic fruit. 

Finish: rich, complex, woody aroma .

Cartavio 12 years SOLERA is a dark rum made with the SOLERA technique adopted in the Jerez’s area.

This rum has a nice balance of fresh and cask aged notes. Enjoy over ice or with cola or ginger ale.
