A Solera-matured Guatemalan rum from the Botran range. The Solera which this treat aged in was comprised of white oak and American whiskey casks which had previously been home to Port and Sherry.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance : amber

Nose: Strong coffee with a dusting of brown sugar sitting on the top and mounds of dried fruit.

Palate: Soft fruit cake, with develop barrel spices and vanilla pod.

Finish: Lingering diced raisin and apricot.

Dark amber rum distilled from fermented molasses, designed to be drunk in cocktails or over ice.

A very fine blend of Barbados rums, aged for five years in bourbon casks in the Caribbean then refined in old French oak casks at Château de Bonbonnet.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance : amber

Nose: Calves leather and caramel. Hints of cinnamon and dried coconut, a little vanilla too.

Palate: sweet palate entry, with molasses and hints of leather to the fore, alongside orange rind and salted butter.

Finish: very sweet on the finish.

Aged in oak barrels, harmoniously spiced thanks to the Indian Ocean’s climate in Mauritius Island. This rum respects the traditional techniques from an old family recipe. To enjoy as an after dinner liquor, on the rocks or neat.

Nose: poked with aromas of dried fruits, jam and vanilla.

Palate: subtle, rich and tonic, perfectly demonstrating the potential of Mauritius finest rums.

Finish: voluptuous and flavourful, the finish is intense and generous.
